THIS IS A Pi~RCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE, executed to secure the balanc
of the purchase price of the aforesaid lands and by the acceptance hereof, mortga
! agrees that so long as mortgagor is not in default under any of the terms and pro-
visions of this mortgage and the promissory note secured hereby, mortgagor shall
be entitled to have :ndividual lots released from the lien and operati,on of this mort
gage upon payment of the sum of ~1, 230. 00 for each lot to be released, which sum
shall be appli~ed on the purchase money mortgage, first to interest on the unpaid
principal balance and then to~ principa~; }~ruvided, however, that no lot eucept the
first lot released in each block shall be .released from the li,en and operation of
this mortgage unless the same shall abut a previous~y released lot.
In the event mortgagor subsequently re-subdivides the aforesaid lands
in a manner acceptable to mortgagee, then mortgagee agrees to join in the
dedication of the plat of such re-subdivision and a revised provision for partial
releases, if required by such re-platting, will be entered into by the parties
hereto by agreement in recordable form.
