Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
J. E. PARRISH, who, being duly sworn, says:
That he is the lienor herein, whose address is Route ~2,
Box 3782, Fort Pierce, FZorida, 33450, and that in pursuance
of a contract~with GEORGE SIRCOWICS, lienor furnished labor,
services and material consisting of the complete electrical
installation of wiring, conduit, switches, panels and related
work and materials on the following described real property in
St. Lucie County, FZorida, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block 18, FORT PIERCE BEACH
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded ~

in Plat Book 8, page 29, public records ;
of St. Lucie County, Florida, t
owned by George Sircovics and De11a M. Sircovics, his wife, of
a total value of Nine I~undred 7~aenty-three and 02/100 Dollars
($923.02), all of which remains unpaid, and furnished the first
of same on September 28, 1970, and the last of same on October
22, 1970.
