or less, to the meander line of U. S. Government
Survey of 1887 of said Section 13, the P. O. 8.

shore of Indian River; thence South 23 degrees 30 minutes
East~ 1855 feet along auzd meandering the
shore of Indiari River; thence South 49 degrees
00 minutes 8ast, 1240 feet continuing meaulder on
the shore of Indian River; thence South 84 deqrees
00 mi.nutes $ast 800.7 feet, continuing said meander
to a point on the projection of the East line of
said Government Lot 3; thence North along the said

feet, more or less, to the meander line of said
Survey of 1887; thence West along said meander
line of said Survey, 973.5 feet; thence North 26
degrees 00 minutes West 1188 feet continuing on
meander line of said survey thence North 2 degrees
30 minutes Sast, 336.8 feet, continuinq on said
meander of said survey to the~ poirit of beginning,
containing 59.55 acres, more or less, and being in ~

Lucie County, Florida;

This deed is given subject to all reservations
of record to the Trustees of the Internal
Improvement Fund of the State of Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simply forever. .
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that the
grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the
grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said ~ t
land; that the grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land ~

whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbranees, except
