You are hereby notified that the undersigned, as attorney and agent
in this behalf for Samuel H. Myers and Eleanor F. Myers, his wife, contests
the claim of lien filed by you on October 26, 1970, recorded in O. R. Book 187,
page 2663, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and that the
time within which you may file suit to enforce your lien is limited to 60 days -
from the date of service of this notice.
