CORRECTIVS EASBMBNT
~ By this instrument, PROP$RTY MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC., a
corporation, qrants and conveys to WINDMILL VILLAG$S OF AMERICA,
INC., a Florida corporation, its successors and assiqns, a per-
pertual easement for the installation and maintenance of utility
lines alonq and under property located in St. Lucie County, j
Florida, and described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto.
This Corrective Easement is given to correct the description
in that certain Easement dated August 31, 1970, between the parties
hereto recorded in Official Records Book 187, page 206, St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, public records.
