RESOLUTION OF THh BOARD OF ELDERS
AND TRUSTE~S OF TH~ CHURCH OF-CHRIST
OF FORT PITRCE, FLORIDA___

BF IT RESOLVED by the Board of Elders and Trustees of
THS CHURCH OF CHRIST OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA; in due session ~
assembled, as folloNS: ~ ~ ~
1. That this Board does recommend to_the Church
conference that the Church propertp aituate in St.-I.ucie County,
Florida, and legally described as follows: .
All of Lot 5 and the South 25 feet of
Lot 1~, Block 2, M. K. MOORT'S SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book
3, at page 11, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida,
be sold to JEROI~ STABILE, 1404 Delaware Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida, for the total sum of Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred and
no/100 Dollars ($13,500.00) in cash.
2. That, _ upon the specific vote of the Church
~ conference authorizing the foregoing sale to JERG~9E STABII.E, a
certified copy of this Resolution be delivered to First Federal
Savinga and Loan Association of Fort Pierce to be recorded upon
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the purpose
of evidencing the authori~y of the Trustees of TH~ CHUftCH QF
CHftIST OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, to convey, execute, attest and
; deliver a good and sufficient warranty deed to JSRCME STABILE,

~ upon the above-described property, in their capacities as such
Trustees.
3. That the undersigned hereby duly represent and -
certify that they ~are the present I:lders and Trustees Qf THE
CHURCH OF CHRIST OF FOftT PIEftCE, FLORIDA, and in such capacity r
have.authority to make the above described conveyance of the
Church property.
