R~SOLVED by the members of THE CHURCH OF CHRIST OF~FORT
PIERCE, FI.ORIDA, in regular conference assembled that the recomm~endation
of the Board of ~slders and Trustees of this Church to sell the follo~ing
described property, to-xit:
All of Lot 5 and the ~ South 25 feet of
I.ot 4, Block 2, M. R. MOORT'S SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book ~
~ 3, at page 11, o! the public records of
, St. Lucie Countp, Florida;
to JERCi~,~ STABILE, be, and the same is"herebp, approved;
RESOLVED further that the Trustees, C. L. CHII.DS,
GE08GT HIP~ and CHARLES WHARTON, be, and they are herebp, authorized
to execute, attest and deliver to JFR(~+iE STABILE a good and sufficient
warranty deed to the above-described land, all as before provided,
for the total purchase price of Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($13,500.00) cash.
