• South 89 deqrees 30 minutes West 3074, 28 feet to the West line of the
E~ of the NE~- of Section 30, said Township and Range, therice North
15 Minutes West 180, 84 feet, thence North 89 degrees and 30 Minutes
East 2983; 20 feet to the Indian R.iver, thence Southeasterly along the
river shore to the point of beqirulinq, containinq 12 a acres, more or
less, with riparian rights. .
That he was personally acquainted with S. W. Bob'tiittand Alice Frink
Bobbitt, his wife,for several yeaxs; that at times they siqned their names
Samuel W. Bobbitt and Alice F. Bobbitt, his wife, ~J.W. Bofibitt and A1ice Frink
Bobbitt and Samuel W. Bobbitt and Alice F. Bobbitt, appearing in the cha.in of
~ title to the above described land are two and the same persons.
