of Michael J, Farina, also knvwn as M. J. Farina, deceased,
party of the first part, and J~~T M. DOLCS and LARRY L. Mc1VSR,
as Tenants in Co~maon, whose mailing addreases are 3120 Maravilla
Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, partiea of the second
part, WITNSSSETH:
WAEREAS, on December S, 1970, upon the petition of party
of the firat part, the Honorable Jack L. Rogers~, County J'udqe
of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida, author~ized said party of the first
part to sell and convey ~he hereinafter described property of
the estate of ~aid decedent at private sale to tlze said Larry
L. McIver, or assigns, for the sum of 1'hirty-five Z'housand
~o hundred Sixty-five dollare~ payable $15,000 cash and the
balance of $20,265.00 to be evidenced by his or their promissory
note payable to party of the first part on or before one yea
after closing the transaction, toqether with interest thereon .
