1. That he has personal knowledge of all of the facts stated herein.
2. That he presently resides at 1828 - 28th Avenue, Vero Beach,
Florida. - .
3. That J. Harvey Harper, sometimes known as ~udson Harvey Harper,
and Margaret H, Harper, were man and wife on November 12, 1963, when the
above-referenced real estate was conveyed to them by virtue of that certain
warranty deed from C. Reed Knight and Betty Knight, tiis wife, and D. Victor Knight
and Wanda Knight, his wife, dated Nov,. 12, 1963, recorded Nov. 13, 1863
in Official Record Book 75 at page 188 of the public records o# St.
Lucie County, F'lorida. .
4. That the marital relationship of the said J. Harvey Harper and
Margaret H. Harper, his wife, was continuous and without interruption froc~a
the date of acquisition of the above referenced property until the death of the
said J. Harvey Harper on August 4, 1969; and further affiant sayeth not.
