same, without w~ivinq or affectinq the option to foreclose or any
other riqht hereunder, and all such payments shall bear i.nterest
from date thereof at the hiqhest lawful rate then allowed by the
laws of the State of Florida.
IF any sum of money~herein referred to be not promptly
paid within tlzirty days next after the same becomes due, or if
each and every~the aqreements, stipulatfona, conditions and cove-
nant~ of said notes and this mortqaqe, or either, are not fully
performed, canplied with and abided by, then the entire swa
mentioned in said notes, and this mortgaqe, or the entire balance
unpaid thereon, ahall forthwith or thereafter, at the option of
