Any deficiency in the ar.wunt of such aggregate monthly payment shall, unless made good by the mortgagor
prior to the due date of the next auch payment, constitute an event of default under this mortgage. The mortgagee
may collect a"late charge" ~not to exceed:two cents (2e) for each dollar (SI) of each payment moce than fiheen
(15) days in arrears to cover the extra expe~e involved ip ha~td~'u~g deliaquent p~yments.
3. That if the total of the paynents made by the mottaagor undet (b) of -f?te~graph 2 preceding shall exceed
