on the West to the Atlantic Ocean on the East, and so far : South from the North line of said
Lots 3 and 4 to make or contain 14. 08 acres of land; less and except all of the Southern 350 feet
(as measured along State Road A-1-A)of the above-described property lying Easterly of said
State .Road A-I-A_to the Atlarrtic Ocean, the whole of the preceding described property being
