Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare thie to be my Will and do ~
hereby revoke all prior Wills. ,

I hereby direct ~that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as practicable after my death.

' All the rest, residue and remainder of my eetate, both real
and personal, of whatever kind and nature, and wherever located, of whfch
I shall die seized ~or possessed, or to which I may in any wise be entitled
at the tune of my death, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife MARIE ~

In the event that my wife shall -not survive me, I hereby give .
