I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, MARIE KLEIN, to be
Executrix of this my Will and I direct that she be permitted to qualify
as such without the giving of a bond or ar~y other security. In the event
my said wif e shall predecease me, then I nominate and appoiat ROBERT F.
McROBERTS, JR. Attorney at Law, ~Stuart, Florida, to be Executor of
my Will. and I dire~t that he be pernaitted to qualify without bond or other
security. . .
