Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared this day
IRENE J. STEWART who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose and say:
i. That she is Secretary-Treasurer of Holiday Out at St. Lucie,
a Condominium, a corporation not for profit organized and existing under the
laws of the State of Florida and that as such officer she is duly authorized to
make this claim of lien.
~ 2. T'hat ~the aforesaid corporation is the association responsible for
the operation of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a Condominium, as provided in the
Declaration of Condominium recorded in Otficial Record Book 168 at page 1348
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. .
3. T'hat this is a claim of lien for unpaid assessments and inberest
on such assessments, together with attorney's fees incurred by the aforesaid
A ssociation incident to the collection of the assessments or enforczment of this ~
lien, as provided by Section ?11.15(4) of the Florida Statutes and Artiicle X
of the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium, upon the following described
