Board of Supervisors of Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District, a drainage
district incorporated under the lawa of the State a~ Florida, and for and -
in behalf of said Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District, hereina#ter called
and referred to as firat party, and ROYAL E5TATES, INC. , a F lorida
Corporation, hereinafter called and referred to as second party, '

are the duly elected, qualified and acting Board of Supervisors of the
Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District, a drainage district duly. incorporat ~
under the applicable laws of the State of Florida; and
WHEREAS second party is the owner of a certain tract of land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida described as:
