does hereby covenan t and agree~to assign, pledge and/or convey

tified by Lawrence Warehouse Company and acceptable to the party
of the second part, and the party of the second part does agree
that upon.acceptance of said collateral, that the party of the ,
second part will advance 75X of the then ascertainable market
value of said collateral to the party`~of the first part, up to th
limit herein set out in the total principal amount of 1W0 HUNDRED
THOUSAND ($200,000.00) DOLLARS, and the party of the first part,
as additfonal collateral to the foregoing and as additional secur
ity to a~y advances, and in consideration of said advances made
by the party of the second part, does hereby grant, bargain, sell
and convey, alien, remise and confirm unto the said party of the ~
second part, its successors and assigns, in fee simple, all.those

ginning continue a distance of 222.51 feet to a concrete mon-
