Lots 4 and 10, Block B of BEN HOGG'S ADDITION to Fort Pierce, Florida,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 1, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This deed is delivered pursuant to Agreement made June 28, 1961, between ~
the late F. L. Bean (a/k/a Leslie Bean) and grantees hereof, as the same was ~
modified by Addendum dated December 15, 1966 between Vida Peterson (sole ~ '
heir at law of Leslie Bean) and the grantees hereof under which Agxeement for
Deed there remains due and owing from grantees to Vida Peterson the principal ;
sum of $3, 459.13 with interest from September 1, 1970; and the grantees by the i
acceptance hereof do agree that such remaining balance remains due and owing ~
in its entirety on Lot 3 of said Block B, Ben Hogg's Addition, the only lot remaining.
