The nwnthly payment of $94.00 is computed upon the
following premise: Principal and intereat $86.00, homeowners
insurance policy premium $5.00 per month and taxes $3.00 per ;
month. ~

First Parties agree to utilize so much of the $94.00
monthly payments as is necessary to pay the real estate taxes, and
insurance premium due thereon each year.
First Parties will give Second Parties an annual state-
ment no later than February 15 of each year, showing the amiount
credited to principal, interest, taxes and insurance from payment
made durinq the previous calendar year by Second Parties.
First Parties agree to pay all vosts connected with the

recording of this agree~nent, which is to be recorded no later_ - ~

than December 31, 1970, in order fo~ Second Parties to be entitled ;

to receive homestead exe~nption in the coming year, to keep the ~

real estate taxes to a minimwa. ~

Second Parties agree to pay when due all assessments v~hich `
may be imposed against the.property for any type of improvenaents
made by any public body which result in an assessment being im-
posed against the groperty. ;
Second Parties have the option to transfer this oontract ~
to ar?y other party with or without consent of First Parties. Fur-
thennore, Second Parties are given the option to prepay this ~
Contract upon payment to First Parties of a 5% premiwa for pre-
payment.
Second Parties agree to pay all costs, charges and expenses,
including attorneys fees and title searches, reasonably incurred
or paid by First Parties because of the failure of Second Parties
