COUNTY DEED
THIS DEED, Made this llth day of August, 1970, by ST. LUCIE
COLA~T7'Y, FLORIDA, Party of the. First Part, and BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE INTERNAL IMPROVENE NT TRUST FUND, Elliot Building, Tallahassee,
Florida 32304, Party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH that the said Party of the First Part, for and in
consideration of the sum of ONTs and 00/100 DOLLAR And Other
Valuable Considerations to it in hand paid by the Party of the
Second Part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold to the Party of the Second Part, its successors
and assigns forever, the following described land lying and being
in St. Lucie County~ Florida:
The South 338 feet of the East 1/2 of
Government Lot 8 in~Section 19, township
35 South, Range 41 East.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said Party of the First Part has caused
these presents to be executed in its name by its Board of County
Commissioners, acting by the Chairman of said Board, the day and
