Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
~ank Fee who, - upon first being duly sworn, did depose and say that he has
been a resident of said County and State for more than fifty years last passed
and has practiced law in St. Lucie County since 1935. Affiant further says
that at some date prior to July 12, 1950, he was duly elected a Vice President
of Fort Pierce ~.nancing and Construction Company and thereafter served
that corporation in the same capacity throughout the remainder of its corporate
existence, including the period during which the corporation changed its name
to Fort Pierce Properties, Inc. , and was, under the latter name, duly dis -
solved pursuant to law.
Affiant further says that in the corporate capacity stated, he
~ caused to be executed in the name of Fort Pierce Fi.nancing and Construction

` Company a certain quitclaim deed as to the above described real property

~ under date of July 12, 1950, which deed was on September 1, 1950 duly filed
in Deed Book 159, at page 386, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. Affiant says that as of the date of execution and subsequent delivery
of said quitclaim deed, tr~~ grantor corporation held no right, t~tle or interest
in the above described real property, and such quitclaim deed was not intended
to act as a conveyance of any right, title or interest in said property; but that
said quitclaim deed was executed as appears on the face thereof for the sole
~ intention and purpose of releasing the described property from the encumbrances
~
~ and operation of the conditions, restrictions and limitations and reverter clause,
~ -
~ contained in that certain warranty deed dated July 24, 1937, recorded in Deed
~
~
~ Book 94, page 20, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, from
