Saylor.
Affiant further says that he has no personal recollection nor does
there appear to be any reason why the grantee designated in such quitclaim
deed appeared as James Walter Williams and Margaret Williams, his wife,
inasmuch as the public records of said County as of November 18, 1969 do
not reflect parties by that name to have ever held any right, title or interest
in said property; and it is affiant's personal opinion that the inclusion of
such names as grantee was purely b~? scrivener's error, but that the erroneous
designation of grantee in no way impaired the legal effect of the instrument
insofar as the same acted to release subject property from the restrictive
covenants and reverter clause previously described.
