• AFFIDAVIT~OF NATALIE DRATSCHMIDT VAN EICK ~
STATE OF FLORIDA :
COUNTY OF BREVARD :
COMES NOW NATALIE ORATSCHMIDT VAN EICK, affiant
herein, who being first duly sworn on oath affirms and says: i
1. That she is the owner of a certain piece of
parcel of land lying and being in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, to-wit:_
Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block 2, Fort Pierce
Subdivision according to a revised plat . _
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page
29 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, ~
Florida.
2. That she acquired title thereto by virtue of
a deed dated December 15, 1948, and recorded in book 147
at Page 303 of said Public Records.
3. That as far as your affiant is aware, James
Walter Williams and Margaret Williams are strangers t~ the
title to this property; that your affiant has never had any
dealings with either of ~he said Williams; that your affiant
i ~
~ has never sold the property to anybody, nor has your affiant
~
` entered into an agreement for the sale of said property with
~
~
anybody prior to 1969.
4. That to the best of your affiant's knowledge
and belief, the said James Walter Williams and Margaret
Williams have no right, title or interest in or to said
property or any right respecting same. ~
5. This Affidavit is made for the purpose of

" inducing Agnes L. Jones to rely upon

~ the representations made herein, and the same shall be
~
~ considered to be warranties.
