2. That she knows of her own personal knowledge that Dewey F2annery
and Mary Flannery were husband and wife on September 7, 1962, the date of
acquisition of the above referenced property, and that such marital ~elation-
ship continued without interruption until the death of Mr. Flannery on October 26,
1969; and further affiant sayeth not.
