THIS WARRANTY DEED made this 8th day of December. 19?0, by
Elizabeth Adderly. a single adult, being the surviving spouse of George
Adderly. deceased; and by Oliver E. Adderly. joined by Avon Neloms Adderly. _
his wife; and by Irene E. Adderly, a single adult; Blanche Adderly. a single
adult; and Juanita Adderly. a single adult, being all of the surviving issue of
George Adderly, deceased; hereinafter called the grantor. to Raymond
Campbell ar~d Elizabeth Campbell, his wife. whose postoffice address is
438 North 15th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida; hereinafter called the grantee.
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of $10. 00 and other valuable considerations, recei pt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms unto the grantee all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
Lots 2. and 3, Block 3, of Goldsmith's Subdivision, as shown
on a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page 49, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that the grantor
is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the g.rantor has good right and
lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that the grantor hereby fully
warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims
of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of aI1 encumbrances
except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1969. •
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantor has executed this deed the
day and year first above written.
