GENERAL WARRANTY DEED
Virginia M. Heppe, a/k/a Virqinia M. Leonard and
Gregory J. Leonard, her husband, parties of the first part, and
Gregory J. Leonard and Virginia M. Leonard, his wife, of 7030
Nottingham Avenue, of the City of St, Louis, State of Missouri,
parties of the second part, witnesseth: f
That the said party of the first part for and in con-

second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has ~
qranted, bargained and sold to the said parties of the second -f
part, their heirs and assigns forever, the fol2owing described
