1VIORT AGE EXTENSION AGREEMENT 202511
~ THIS AGREEMENT made this ~ _'~day of December, 1970, between
FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE,
hereinafter called "Mortgagee" and FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE
as Trustee under Trust dated November 1?th, 1370 known as Trust #2, herein-
after referred to as "Owner";
WHEREAS Mortgagee is the owner and holder of mortgage encumbering
rea2 property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
Lots 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 1, BAYSHORE ESTATES, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11, page 40, of the Public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
executed by St. Lucie County Bank as Trustee under its Trust Agreement
numbered 3 bearing date of September 25, 1968, which mortgage was
executed November 3, 2969 to secure an indebtedness to Mortgagee evidenced
by a promissory note therein described in the amount of $348, 000. 00 with
interest as therein specified, which indebtedness is now in the principal sum
of $ oC b~,~g7~J~11 with interest from ~QC~Id~R / r', 1970; and
WHEREAS the equity of redemption in and to the mortgaged premises has
been deeded to and is now held by Owner as Trustee aforesaid who has requested

~ of Mortgagee this extension of the maturity of the mortgage debt, agreeable to

Mortgagee;
NOW,- THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of $10. 00 and other valu-
able considerations to it in hand paid, Mortgagee agrees to extend the time for
payment of the mortgage debt until May 3, 1971, with interest thereon to be
payable monthly.
And Owner, in its trust capacity, agree.s to pay Mortgagee the said sum of
