This inatrument aupercedeg that certain Mortgage Modification

and provisions of said Mortgage in order thet it may set Porth the true, complete
end intended agreement between the parties: .

The first month]y payment is shoxri to be due on or before the first day of
November 197a aad the final payment is shown to be due oa or before the first
