This Agreement, made this 9th day of October, 1970,

between CIAUD~ H. COMBS and LOUISB L. COMBS, his wife, herein- ;
after called "FIRST PARTIES" and 8. DAVID MESKS and MARY S.
MSEKS, his wife, 113 Hialeah, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter
called "SSCOND PARTIES",
W I T N E S S E T H:
T'hat if Second Parties shall first make the payments
and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part ~
to be made and performed, First Parties hereby covenant and '
aqree to convey and assure to Second Parties, their heirs, exe-
cutors, administrators, or assiqns, in fee simple, free from all
encwabrances, by a good and sufficient warranty deed, the
following described property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida:
Lot 5, Block 4; SOUTHERI~T VI~.i~t ADDITION, as per
glat thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 44, _ ~
of the public records of St. Lucie Oounty,
Flo=ida.

I the sum of SEVENTEEN TIiOUSAND DOLLARS ($17,000.00) with interest

$3,000.00 on or before the signing of this agree-
ment, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged;
$126.00 per month beginning the lst day of Noveiaber,
1970, and $126.00 on the lst day of each month

ment of interest, taxes and insurance and then on

installments will remain at $126.00 per month unless
~ taxes or insurance cause the payments to fluctuate

~ ~ both parties hereto aqree that if such fluctuation
~ . occurs, the nronthly payments will be adjusted ac-
~ oordinqly. Furthermore, if payments are not received
~ by the 7th of the month when due, a penalty charge of
~ $6.30 will be made. In addition, if payments are not
