The monthly payment of $126.00 is computed upcn the followinq premise: Principal and interest $109.00, homeowners ~ insurance policy premium $5.25 per month and taxes $11.75 per month. First.Parties aqree to utilize so much of the $126.00 ~ ~ monthly payments as is necessary to pay the real estate taxes, : ~ and insurance pr~aiwn due thereon each year.
