McDONALD, JR., as Co-Executors of the Estate , of JOSEPN CIOCCA, Deceased~ Party of the First Fart, and DOROTHY CIOCCA, Party of the Second Part, whose address is 1811 South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida. WI TNES SETH: Pursuant to distribution beinq made of all of the assets of the above Eatate to the sole heir of said decedent, and in consideration thereof, and other good and valuable consideration, the Co-Executors hereby qrant, bargain, sell and convey to the Party of the Second Part; her heirs and assiqns Forever, the following real property in St. Lucie County, Florida : _ The Sast 35 feet of South 60 feet of Lot 9, Block D, FEE & MAY'S RE-SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in the Publi.c REcords of St. Lucie County, Florida, and Begin at intersection of West Shore of Indian River and North Line of South 390 feet of Government Lot 4, run Southeasterly meandering river l00 feet for Point of Beginninq; thence run Southwesterly 475 feet to Point_on East right of way FEC RaiZroadt thence Southeastei.y alonq railroad right of way to Point 90 feet Northwesterly fro~n intersection of South Line of North 1140 feet of Government Lot 4 and East . right of way of FEC Railroad; thence North- ~ easterly 435 feet to Point on Indian River; ~ thence Northwesterly meandering river to Point of Beginning, Less road riqht of way.
