~ Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
~ on or ptaced therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in singte units or cen-
~ trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, lighf, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
~ other services, and any othe~ thing now or hereafler therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
