Together with all and singular the tenements. heteditaments and apputtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and also all buildings, structures, additions and improvements, now or at any time hereafter
erected thereon, togethec with and including all of the boilers. machines. heating piant, lighting plant. and all
plumbing apparatus, fiatuces, appliances, veatilating equipment, toilets, basins, electtic heating and lighting
plants: li~hting fixtures, pov~er machinecy. plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other ele-
~ vators, includi~a passenger and other elevators, yenetian blinds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters, novir
~ or here~tter located in the building upon said land, and all other machinery. appliances and appuatus now or
~ hereafter placed on said premises. either in renewaf or repiacement of fixtures, machinery, appliances and ap-
