PULP CO., a Florida corporatio~, to CITRUS FSSD CO., INC.,
a Florida corporation, and recorded November 10, 1969 by
Roger Poitras, Clerk, Circuit Court, St. Lucie County,
Florida in Book 180, pagee 2811 through 2821 is hereby for
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and for other valuable
conaiderations, receipt of which is hereby acknawledged
transferred from said Citrus Feed Co., Inc. to Citrus Feed
Sa1es, Inc.. a Florida corporation, TO HAV~ AND TO HOLD the
same, its guccessors and assigns forever.
Citrus Pulp Co. confirms and agrees to the Assignment _
of the said contract to Citrus Feed Sales, Inc.
Executed this lst day of October, 1970.
