Keesler and Conetance Keesler, his wife, of Washington, Warren County, New Jersey, ! whose mailing address is 28 Broad Street, Washington, New Jersey 0?882, second party; WHEREAS, Peter Karpie died seized and possessed of the following described property lying, being and situate in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida: Lot 6 of an unrecorded plat of WHITE CITY GARDENS, as shown in Deed Book 187, page 410 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. being a resubdivision of ~Lots 9 and 10, Block 1, of MODEL LAND COMPANY SUB- DIVISION of Section 15, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1,~ page 41 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said parcel being otherwise described as follows: Beginning at a point which is 80 feet East of the North-South one-quarter line of sa.id Section 15, Township 36 $outh, Range 40 East and 665 feet North of the East-West one-quarter line of said Section; thence run East, parallel with said East-west one-quarter line a distance of 183 feet to a point; thence run North parallel with said North-South one-quarter line a distance of 101. 25 feet to a point; thence run West parallel with said East-West one-quarter line a distance of 183 feet to a point; thence run South to the point of beginning; being in the VVest half of the SW~ of the NE4 of said Section 15, Township 36 South, R ange 40 E ast. Together With certain furniture, furnishings and equipment now situate on the premises. WHEREAS, ~7~ne Johns of Franklin, Macon County, North Carolina, has been appointed duly qualified executrix of the estate of Peter Karpie, ~ deceased; and ~ Gp'° o~ t f W~iEREAS, June Johns did petition thia County Court of St. Lucie ; County, Florida, that court having jurisdiction of the estate of Peter Karpie, ~ for authority to sell the above described property to the second party and for ~ an order authorizing such sale; and ~ WHEREAS, the County Judge did, on the ~~~day of December, j ~ ~ ~ 1970, enter an order authorizing the sale of the property to the second party; ~ ~ ~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum ~ of Ten Dollars ($10. 00) and other good and valuable considerations, receipt of ~ which is acknowledged by the first party, the first party, as executrix of the ~ estate of Peter Karpie, deceased, does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto ~ the second party, their heirs, personal representatives and assigns, forever, ~ the lands described and all their appurtenances. ~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the second party, their heirs, per- ~ sonal representatives and assigns and every right title and interest of which ~ June Johns, as executrix, is now seized and possessed and of which Peter ~ Karpie died seized and possessed, as fully and completely as June Johns, as ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ THIS INSTRUMENT WAS PREPARED BY FRANK H.
