T'hat we, IANZO A. BURNEY and EDITH M. BURNEY, his wife, parties
of the first part, in consideration of FIVE HUNDRED FIF1`Y and no/100
Dollars ($550.00) and other valuable considerations, received from or

on behalf of WESLEY G. GILLETTE and THANH GILLETTE, his wife, whose
mailing address is 1702 South 29th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,
parties of the second part, at or before the ensealing and deZivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is~hereby acknowledged, do ~
hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the
said parties of the second part, a certain Agreement for Deed bear-
. ing date of January 23, 1970, made by Roy E. PLaknaan and Shirley A.
Peakman, his wife, in favor of Lonzo A. Burney and Edith M. Burney,
his wife, and recorded in 0. R. Book 182, page 1321, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the folZowing described piece or
parcel of Iand, situate _and being in said County~and State, to-wit:
Lot 18, Block 3 of RUSSOS' RE-SUBDIVISION of
Block 3 of M. K. MOORE'S SUBDIVISION as per plat
of said Re-Subdivision on file in Plat Book 4,
page 47 of the public records of St. Lucie Countq,
Florida, together with furniture and fixtures
located in the residence.
Together with the note or obligation described in said Agreement for
~ Deed and the moneys due and to become due thexeon. -
To have and to hold the same unto the said parties of the second
part, their heirs, Iegal representatives, successors and assigns
forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and sesls, this
