THIS DEED, Made and entered into this day of ,
19~, between ROBERT W. PADRICK, as the duly qualified and acting
Administrator of the Estate of Norma J. Padrick, deceased, party of
the First Part, and ROBERT W. PADRICK, whose mailing address is
2825 South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, Party of the
Second Part,
WITNESSETH: Whereas, a Stipulation for Distribution was entered ;

into by and between all of the heirs at law of the Estate of
Norma J. Padrick, and all of the heirs at law being sui ~uris,

other valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby

acknowledged, the Party of the First Part has released, conveyed
and confirmed and does hereby release, convey and confirm unto
