This agreement, made this 31st day of Deceiaber, 1970, ~

between CLAUDS H. COMBS and LOUISE L. COMBS, hil~ wife, here-
inafter called "FIRST PARTIES" and RONAI~D R. MOORE and JOYCE
E. MOORE, his wife, 314 North 23rd Street, Fort Pierce,

T'hat if Second Parties shall first make the payments and
perfona the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to
be made and performed, First Parties hereby covenant and agree ~

to convey and assure to~Second Parties, their heirs, executora,
administrators, or assigns, in fee simple, free from all encum-
brances, by a good and sufficient warranty deed, the follawing
descrilxed property situate in St. Lucie Oounty, Florida: • ~
Lot 9, and the North 12.5 feet of 7~ot 10, Block 3,
AIAMANDiA VISTA, as per plat thereof on file in ~

Plat Book 5, page 49, of the public recorde of St.
Lucie County, Florida. ~

Second Parties hereby covenant and agree to pay First Parties

the swn of TWEI~VE THOUSAND F IVE HUNDRED DOLIARS ($12 , 5 00. 00 ) k

; with interest at the rate of 10'% per annum as follaws:
$200.00 on or before the signing of this agreement,
~ receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged;

~ $120.00 per month beginning the lst day of January, ,
! 1971, which is hereby acknowledged as being paid '
~ this date, and $120.00 on the lst of each month
