WHEREAS~ it appearing that ARTHUR MONKS, hereinafter
referred to as the party of the first part, is desirous of
conveyin~ his interest in certain real pcoperty, better
described, to-wit:
Lot 4 of. Block 11, of HARMONY
HEIGHTS ADDITION #4, as per .

Hook 9, page 71, public records ~
. of Saint tucie County, Florida.
to RILEY ALLEN HAYES and EARLEEN HAYES, hi~ wife, hereinafter
. referred to as parties of the second part.
ti'HEREAS, the parties of the second part are desirous of
obtaining legal title to the above-described property: the
following agreement is hereby entered into between the party
of the first part and the partie~ of the second part.
IT IS HEREBY AGREED that the above-descrit~ed real property =
~hall be conveyed from ARTHUR MONKS as party of the first part
to RILEY ALLEN HAYES and EARLEEN HAYES, his wife, as parties
o£ the ~econd part, sub iect to the party of the first part
reservin~ a life estate unto himself, and retainin~ the right
to live on and use the above-described propertp during the
term of hi~ natural life. The parties of the second part
further agree to live on the premises with the party of the
fir~t part and to provide all necessary care and support for
the party of the first part, ~o long as he shall live.
The effect of this agreement is to create a lifetime
lease for ARTHUR biONKS, as party of the first part due and
owing him from RILEY ALLEN HAYES and EARLEEN HAYES, his wife,
as parties of the ~econd part, so long as ARTHUR MONKS shall
live. The creating of this lifetime lease along with its care
and support provision~ provide the consideration for ARTHUR
MONKS' conveying the above-described real property to the
