acknowledgements, ARTHUR MONKS, who affier being by me first
dulr cautionQd and sworn, upon his oatfi depases and ~ays:
WNEREAS, it appearing that certain real property, owned
bv AR'17-IUR MONKS and CATHERINE MONKS, his wife, better described
as follows, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block 11 of HARMONY HEI(~TS
ADDITION #4, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 9, page 71, public
records of Saint Lucie County., Florida,
and as ARTHUR MONKS i~ desirous of selling this real property,
the affiant submits the following: . ~
(1) That Arthur Monks and Catherine Monks did live
to~ether as man and wife on these premi~es until July 4, 1969.
_ (2) That on July 4, 1969, t:atherine Monk4 died as
evidenced by the attached eatti certificate.
- (3) That upon the death of Catherine Monks, all of her
intere~t in th is property descended to Arthur I?fonk~, and
further, that Arthur Monks and Catherine Monks had no children
aC a product of their marria~e. !
(4) Arthur btonks ~ubmits that he is the legal owner of

the abave-de~cribed oremises and has at no time conveyed his
intere~t to anyone prior to the execution of this ~~'arranty Deed. '
