REAL ESTATE AGREEMENT ~ ~
THIS AGREEMENT, dated the ~T~'~day of Cctober, 1970,
between PRCPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC., a Florida corporation,
whose mailing addrsss is P, C. Drawer 24, Stuaxt, Florida, hereina~ter
called the Seller, and
1) A. L, NADDELL and
2) EVIN R, WELCH
or their assiqns or nominee, whose mailing address is P. C, Box 11023,
Ft. Lauderdale, Flarida, hereinafter collectiveiy called the Purchaser.
WITI~TESSETH: That Seller, for value received, hereby agrees
to sell and convey to Purchaser, and Purchaser hereby agrees to purchase
the following described property situate in St. Lucie C~unty, Florida:
