hereinafter, this agreement shall be closed on December 23,

from A-1-A to the Ocean, free aad clear of any encumbrance
whatscever. The terms of such trust relationshiR will be
that, in the event the Purchaser hereunder is entitled, bg
the terma hereof, to~a conveyance thereof, the truatees will
maloe, execute and deliver such conveyance. In tbe event the ~
Purchaser shall fail to make any principal or interest pay-

ment within ten days after the same is due, or shall other- ~

wise breach this contract,then the truBtees ehall convey the =
property as directed by the 3eller. In tbe event the 3eller

~ shall breach tbe contract, the trustees shall convey the

~ land~ to the Purchaser or nomineea without further con-

~ tion and provided that all intarest due has been paid, and ;

~ thereafter on each annual interest payment, the 3eller agrees

~ to convey to Crary and Scott, Trustees, an additional iifty

~ measured along A-1-A, which tracts will be held under the

~ same conditions as herein set forth.
