The 3eller agrees to order this abstract when this Agreement is executed, and upon the receipt of sAme from tbe abstract company; ~rill deliver it promptly to Purchaser, or their attorney. In the ~ event sucb abstract is .ot delivered on or before December 15, 1970, the Purchaser shall bave the option of declaring this agreement void and receiving their deposit this day made. 3. The Purchaser shall have until December 21, 1970 for eaamination of said al~stract by their attorney, and on or before December 22, 1970 shall notify 3eller, or its ' attorney, in writing, of any defects or ob~ections affecting ~ ~ F ~ tbe marloetability of the title to said property.
