AGREEMENT
THIS ADDENDUM TO REAI, ESTATE AGREEMENT dated the ~~day
of December 1970, between PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC., a Florida
corporation, whose mailing address is Post Office Drawer 24, Stuart,
Florida, 33494, hereinafter called the Seller; and A. L. NADDELL and
EVIN R. WELCH or their assigns or nominee, whose mailing address is
Post Office Box 11023, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, hereinafter collectively
called the Purchaser;
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the Seller and Purchaser have heretofore entered into
a real estate agreement dated October 9, 1970, which aqreement provided
f or the furnishing by the Seller to the Purchaser of an executed agree-
ment from Windmill Village By The Sea, Inc., providing for sewer service,
and
WHEREAS, the said Windmill Village By The Sea, Inc., has been
merged into a corporation known as ~Vindmill Villages of America, Inc.,
a Florida corporation, and
WHEREAS, the said Windmill Villages of America, Inc., has not
yet agreed to execute the agreement providing for sewer service as

~ attached to the original real estate agreement of October 9, 1970, and ;

~ designated as Exhibit "A" even though the seller is continuing negotiations ~

€ toward the obtaining of said agreement, and

~ WHEREAS, it is to the advantage of both the Seller and the Pur-

~ chaser to close this real estate agreement prior to December 31, 1970,
~
~ and to accomplish said closing, the parties are willing to enter into
~ further agreement concerning the providing of sewer service to the !

~ properties described in said real estate agreement of October 9, 1970,

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and

} promises set forth herein, and in further consideration of the covenants
~
~ and nromises contained in that certai?real estate agreement of Octaber 9,

~ 1970, and other good and valuable considerations, the Seller and Pur-

~ chaser agrees as follows: i
