That Paragraph Four of that certain Real Estate Agreement of nctober 9, 1970, which begins on Page 3 of said Agreement and ends on page 4 of said agreement be and the same is hereby voided and eliminated in its entirety and the terms and aqreements of this addendum~ to real estate agreement are substituted in lieu thereof. 2. That the Seller will continue to negotiate with Wind- mill Villages of America, Inc., in an effort to obtain an agreement of substantially the same wording and form ~s that certain aqreement attached to the real estate agreement of October 9, 1970, and designated as Exhibit "A" or in lieu thereof, a similar aqreement that meets with the approval of the purchaser. ~ 3. That pending the obtaininq of such agreement or substitute agreement~or in the event that such an agreement cannot be obtained from Windmill Villages of America, Inc., then and in such events the Seller agrees to provide sewer service to the lands described in that certain Real Estate Agreement of October 9, 1970, for any development or improvements thereon of not less than Forty-four units at a cost to the Purchaser, their nominees, heirS or assigns, of one hundred fifty ($150.00)~dollars ~er unit. During the term of this agreement, as set forth in Paragraph 4 hereof, the unit price of I One Hundred Fifty ($150.00) Dollars for the providing of sewer service i - ~ shall be adjusted by the consumer's price index every three (3) years ~ f ~ after date as follows: s E ~ The unit prices for sewer hook-up provided in this ~ agreement shall be adjusted at three (3) year intervals beginning ~ ~ three (3) years after date, and continuing each three (3) years there- after.
