acce~te~ and approved as an Index reflecting the conteinplated fluctuation
in the purchasing power of the United States dollar. The Index selecked by
such 3rbitr3,tors in either of the atwve events shall be binding upon th~
parties hereto, .
(3) In the event the seller herein fails and refuses to provide the :

services called for in Pa~agr.~.ph 3 hereof, the parties hereto agree that the

vurchaser ~n~y provide such services, deducting the cost thereof from the ~
next payment ~n the obliga±ions created by the entire agreements.
(b) Vllilliam H. Watson, individually, joins herein for the purpose
of adding his personal c~uarantee to the obligations created by these agreements.
4. That this Addendum to Real Estate Agreement shall termina.te
3nd be of no further force and effect as follows: i
