DEED ~
THIS INDENTURE made this day of December, 1970,
between ST. LUCIS COUNTY $ROSION DISTRICT, a Special Taxing
District, hereinafter called the District, and ST. LUCIS COUNTY,
a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter
called the County, whose address is Post Office Box 700, Fort
Pierce, Florida, ~
W I T N 8 S S E T H:
THAT the District, for and in consideration of the benefits
accruing to it, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to
the County, its successors and assigns forever, the following
described lands in Florida, to-wit: ~

From a concrete monument at the Northwest corner of `
Government Lot 5, Section l, Township 35 South, Range
40 $ast, in the City of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, -
Florida, ruri North 81° 30' 45" East, along the South
line of OCEAN VIEW SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 6, page 61, St. Lucie County,
j Florida Public Records, 298.7 feet to a concrete monu-
' ment on the Easterly right-of-way line of Ocean Drive
(State Road A-1-A), said point being 50 feet from the .

; . angles thereto; and said point being the Point of
~ Beginning of the lands herein described:
