THIS QUIT-CIAIM DEED, executed the 3~ day of December ~
19 , by WILLIAM G. PADRICK, JR. and ELOISE S. PADRICK, his wife;
ELOIS PADRICK TAYLOR and T. HOLMES TAYLOR, her husband; and CNARLES ~
VINCENT PADRICK and BETTY 0. PADRICK, his wife, first parties, to
ROBERT W. PADRICK, whose mailing address is 2825 South Indian River
Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, second party:
WIINESSETH: That the eaid first parties for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by the said second party, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknawledged, do hereby remise, release
and quit-claim unto the said second.party forever, all the right,
title, fnterest, claim and demand which the said first parties have
in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land,
situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, to-wit:
Lot 5 in C. T. McCARTY'S SUBDIVISION as -
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 198 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
less the West 325 feet and right of way of STATE RORIDA F
