WITNESSETH: Whereas, a Stipulation for Distribution was entered 4

other valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the Party of the First Part has released, conveyed
and confirmed and does hereby release, convey and confirm unto
the said CHARLES VINCENT PADRICK, that certain real property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follvws, to-wit:
